CASE STUDIES

THE SAME BARRIER FROM BOTH SIDES

A buyer abroad never finds the Polish plant that could do the work, so the plant does not sell abroad. A manufacturer from abroad does not sell in Poland for exactly the same reason, only in the other direction. One barrier, seen from two ends. Below are three companies and what we did in each case.

Logo firmy PESTAL Projekt

A steel structures manufacturer from Radzionków, EN 1090 certified. Solce runs its search visibility in German-speaking markets and acts as the owner's representative in technical and marketing decisions.

The company had German-language material for years. The problem was that German buyers never reached it. We rebuilt the German section of the site and sorted out what Google knows about the company. A plant you cannot find is not the same thing as a plant that cannot do the work.

Comparison of January to May and June to August 2026, Search Console data, converted to a daily average.

"He got us to the point where what we are actually good at was finally what we were promoting online."

Bogusław Peczela, owner, PESTAL Projekt

Logo Simplified Mine Instruments

SMI

Simplified Mine Instruments, a manufacturer of strata monitoring instruments. SagFlag is a mechanical roof sag indicator: it shows rock movement above the working with no power supply, no screen and no calibration, readable by the operator from a distance.

The same barrier as with Pestal, only reversed. The manufacturer is from outside Poland, the product is finished, and the market does not know it. Solce runs the brand's entry into the Polish market: technical documentation, materials for end users and contact with the mining sector.

We brought a reference unit into Poland and we work from it, not from the manufacturer's brochure. The documentation for the Polish market is written from the actual state of the product.

Logo Simlab

A Polish supplier of asset lifecycle management software. STAGES keeps the timeline and documentation of a build or a refurbishment, recording the as-built state rather than the design intent. SIM-ON works as the interface to a finished facility: you find an asset and its documentation by navigating a 3D model.

Here the barrier is different from the two above. Simlab has its own team and knows how to sell in its own markets. Solce opens the markets that are not in its plan: heavy industry and mining. We go in through contacts on the industrial side rather than the construction side, and put this technology in front of buyers who would never look for it at a software vendor.
